2016 Charity Event Registration
Federations & Independent charities select individual campaign events you would like to participate in from the list below. Click on the blue underlined event link to download the registration workbook for that event. Federations, complete one registration workbook for all of your members. Independent charities, complete the workbook on your own behalf.
Registration Instructions: For charities that have turned in their Event & Speaker MOU, please select the events you would like to register for from the choices below
- Click on the link for the events your charity would like to register for. More events will be added as they are confirmed by the host agency/installation.
- Rename (Using your charity name and CFC Code) and save the workbook to your hard drive.
- Email the newly named and saved Registration Workbook to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If more charities register than there is space available, the Charity Campaign Coordinator will randomly select the number of charities that can participate and notify the charities of their participation status. Charities will receive either an event confirmation or a regrets notification from the Charity Campaign Coordinator on the selection notification date below.
Additional events will be posted as they become available. Please check back regulary for the most current event list! Click on the highlighted event below to register for that specific event.
Norcal CFC Event Participation General Information:
The NorCal CFC encourages charity participation at federal agency CFC awareness events. Charity contacts and their representatives must view the NorCal Charity CFC Orientation, Events Participation & Speakers Training that is provided via GOTOWEBINAR in order to participate. It is a recorded webinar so it can be viewed when convenient. All charity staff and volunteers who wish to represent your charity at NorCal CFC events or as a speaker will sign the CFC Charity Event & Speaker Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Federation CFC contacts will submit the MOUs on behalf of the member charity representatives and designated independent charity contacts will submit the MOUs on behalf of the charity representatives. The MOU signature pages will need to be scanned and submitted in PDF format. The MOU is due by Friday, September 23 by emailing them to email@example.com . Revised MOU signature pages with additional representatives will also be accepted when submitted with the event registration workbook for a specific event.
